Newgrounds: Everything by Everyone, including people who (still) use Windows 3D Movie Maker.

Personally I didn't know about this software Windows had, then again I rarely use those Windows ME desktops. I think these were used in elementary schools where you do these educational tests from downloaded educational software. I don't remember what the software titles were, but I vaguely remember they focused on English & Reading.
