I'm curious, what were you're animation methods for this short? It's hard to explain, but it feels like one of those paper puppet theaters based on the characters' movements.

The comedy is pretty creative, but the scene that made me chuckle was the ice cream truck's transformation. Overexaggerating but funny to watch.

Also the fact you got Phil Cornwell voicing your main character Manfred the muffin man, that's a big step up for you and your series! Hope more viewers will recognize it!

So the story was when the person did not survive the car crash, and his significant other signed a form to donate some of his organs to others who body parts of theirs have failed them. That's what I got for what happened.

Zombie-Pimp responds:

thanks for sumarizing the story :)

"SKRIMBO is a Lactating Caterpillar who fights for justice."

Well clearly cream isn't the only thing he can lactate.

Well, at least they left his pants on.

Pretty good, the background art is beautiful, the chirping and wind sounds were more fitting over adding music whatsoever, and the added bee and leaf plant detail for the ball throw response was nice, along with the trees and grass reaction as well.

My only criticism is that where the second shot of the man throwing the ball (00:16) only the ball was colored except for the man. I would have given this at least a 3 1/2 out of five but since it sounds like you had this idea yesterday and took one day to work on this, I'd give this a 3 out of 5 for posting this as soon as possible. I think taking a little more time to color in the second ball throw scene would have made this a little better.

Edit: I saw your updated response and watched it again, and it is definitely better and more finished than before! Instead of 3 1/2, I'm giving this 5 outta 5! One for motivation for the finishing touch and another for taking in criticism as an opportunity of improvement!

POSTBOY responds:

That's fair honestly. I looked at that shot and was like hmmm "i could clean this up and add colour" but for some reason i felt very lazy and kept it as is and said "oh the roughness fits the intensity of the throw."
I shouldve coloured it

EDIT: I took ur advice and the video is now updated

For a short, the twist was hilarious, good job!

CameronBlake responds:

Thanks!

I'm starting to question P-bot's taste of interest.

Oh P-bot is definitely putting this in his daily picks and frontpage.

Update: Called the daily feature! And 1st place!

It could be worse, he could have received an invite to Playstation's All-Stars Battle Royale.

This was a miss from Newgrounds' frontpage/daily pick radar, would like to see these kind of live-action more often.

Update: kinda late for the frontpage but I guess better now than never
