For a second I thought Elf Ferrell had his face covered with plastic wrapping.

Good job on the facial features though, the white stroke almost confused me on the thumbnail.

I almost thought this was another MHA oc that got into the manga series like Bubble Girl & Centipeder. (I haven’t caught up on the manga series)
