Why is a Skull Girls character getting represented in a Newgrounds-themed event?
@ejulia14 skullgirls is tied to newgrounds - zone-sama, if you know them, they worked on the game. also tomamoto is the announcer
Not to mention Hnilmik provides voices Ms. Fortune and Robo Fortune, and RTIL provides many of the artwork!
How about Rolo Redstone from The Rhino and The Redbill?
Any original content that has been frontpaged on Newgrounds is qualified, and if that content's story has its own antagonist within it, then that villain is qualified for this challenge. You may either draw and post them at any day of October replacing with any of the suggestions above or reserve one at Oct 31st. Rhino and the Redbill was frontpaged so it's qualified.

This isn't a contest, this is more of an independent choice art challenge. There's no planned prize money.

Can I draw other villains instead od others that i don't know?
As long as they are from original content frontpaged on Newgrounds, whether movies, games, or webcomics. Content that is only exclusive on Youtube but no Newgrounds plug in does not qualify. However, content made by Newgrounds users outside of Newgrounds (Gooseworx, Darqv, Deadtoast, Jimp, Psychicpebbles, Innersloth, etc.) can be an exemption save for last day as fanart challenge or single illustration.
What is the 31st one and I might need an example.
For the 31st you have a few options:
1. Draw one more Newgrounds villain that's not on the suggestions list
2. Draw a 6 - 9 fanart challenge of villains from mainstream or Youtube series created by Newgrounds users (Gorgon Shield, Mao Mao Heroes of Pure Heart, Among Us, Smiling Friends, There is No Game, Nitrome, Flipline, etc.)
3. Draw a group gathering of all the villains you have planned for your art challenge agenda. (This one I will admit is the hardest one to do.)
